How far in Advance should i book?

Book 1–2 weeks in advance for events, especially during spring and fall weekends. Tools Can be booked atleast 2 days in advance.

Do you deliver and pick up rentals?

Yes, Delivery Starts at $25 then based on a per mile after 10 miles from Rocky Face. Setup is optional & starts at $40. Setup services are added manually after booking to match your order & location.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit ensures your reservation but is non-refundable under any circumstance. Dates can be rescheduled based on availability. In addition to the non-refundable deposit, a security deposit is also required. The security deposit is fully refundable upon return of the equipment in good condition, minus any applicable damage or late fees. Copy Of Photo ID And credit or debit is required for rentals.

Can I rent tools and event items together?
Yes! Combine event and tool rentals for one delivery.

What happens if it rains?
Our canopies come with sidewalls and are weather-resistant. Rescheduling is possible with advance notice.
